Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you place an order with MOZIGO, your sales receipt is automatically sent to your registered email.
Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

You can also:

  • Log into your MOZIGO account

  • Go to “My Orders”

  • Click on the order to view or download your receipt

How can I return an item?

Returning an item with MOZIGO is simple and hassle-free:

📝 Steps to Return:

  1. Email us at [support@mozigo.com] or WhatsApp us at +91-8700-40-1010 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

  4. Pack the item securely with original tags and packaging.

  5. Ship it back using any reliable courier.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale and custom items are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We get it — you’ve spotted something you love, and it’s out of stock! Don't worry — we’re always working to bring back your favorite styles.
