    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    At MOZIGO, we believe in transparency when it comes to delivery charges. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Here's a breakdown of our delivery charges:

    Domestic Shipping
    • Standard Shipping: INR 60-150

    • Express Shipping: INR 150-350

    • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over INR 599 across the nation.

    How long will delivery take?

    We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose:

    Domestic Delivery
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

    4. Delivery

    Depending on the shipping option you selected, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within the time frame we outlined earlier. You’ll receive a final email letting you know that your package has been delivered.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    You can easily access your sales receipt in the following ways:

    1. Email Confirmation

    Once your order is confirmed, we send you an email receipt with all the details of your purchase, including items, prices, and shipping information. Be sure to check your inbox, and if you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

    2. My Account

    If you have a MOZIGO account:

    1. Log in to your account.

    2. Go to “My Orders”.

    3. Click on the order you want to view, and you’ll be able to download your sales receipt directly from the order details.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
    1. During Checkout
    • Simply check the box that says "Add Gift Receipt" when you're reviewing your order at checkout.

    • The gift receipt will not include pricing information, ensuring your recipient is surprised by the perfect gift, without seeing the cost.

    2. After Order Placement
    • If you missed the option at checkout, don't worry! You can contact our customer service team at [support.mozigo@gmail.com] within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll add a gift receipt to your order before shipping.

    3. What’s on a Gift Receipt?

    A gift receipt includes the items purchased, their description, and a message from you, but no pricing details. Perfect for gifting without revealing the cost.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    We want you to love your MOZIGO purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we offer a simple return process.

    Return Timeframe:

    You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund or exchange.

    Conditions for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

    • All tags must be attached.

    After we receive your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible — typically within 3-5 business days.
